Switch between DHCP and a static\naddress, and set the address, gateway, and DNS servers. Apply the change and watch the\ndevice pick it up.\n\nCellular\nCheck the state of the cellular link: carrier, signal band, and SIM status. Useful when\nthe wired network is unavailable or when you are confirming that failover will work.\n\nRemote\nConfirm the device has reached the ARROW platform and that a remote consultant can now\nconnect to it. This is the check that tells you the installation is finished.\n\nHelp\nDirect links into the ARROW documentation, including troubleshooting pages matched to the\nexact problem the device is reporting. If the device cannot get online, collect its\ndiagnostics over Bluetooth and send them to ARROW support from your phone.\n\nREQUIRES ARROW HARDWARE\n\nThis app does nothing on its own. It is a companion to ARROW devices supplied by VTEM\nLabs, and it needs to be within Bluetooth range of one. You connect by entering the serial\nnumber printed on the device, and the device authorizes the session before it answers\nanything.\n\nPRIVACY\n\nThe connection is local. ARROW Setup talks to the device over Bluetooth. It has no\naccount, no sign-in, no analytics, and no tracking. The only time it sends anything is when\nyou choose to send a device's diagnostics to ARROW support, and that bundle describes the\nARROW device, not you or your phone. It remembers the serial number of the last device you\nconnected to, so you do not have to type it again.\n\nBluetooth access is used for one purpose: finding and connecting to your ARROW device.\nThe app does not use Bluetooth to determine your location.",
