On sealing, all\nchecksums and all details are gathered into a seal document in a fixed order. Anyone\nwho later alters an image, a recording or a detail is caught by the verification, file\nname and all.\n\nThe seal document appears in plain text in the report. Anyone can recompute the\noverall checksum with any SHA-256 tool, without owning this app.\n\nEVERY SHOT CARRIES ITS CIRCUMSTANCES\n\nTime, location with accuracy radius, bearing and area. The accuracy radius is always\nshown, never hidden: indoors, twenty metres is normal, and an honest imprecision is\nmore credible than a coordinate that feigns precision. If the location is missing, it\nsays so. A last known position is never substituted.\n\nSPEAK INSTEAD OF TYPE\n\nNobody types on a building site. One button beside the shutter, speak the note, done.\nRecognition runs on the device only. The text stays correctable, and the recording is\nkept and verified along with everything else.\n\nCHECKLISTS SO NOTHING IS MISSED\n\nTemplates for handover, damage and construction set out which areas to walk and what\nto look at in each. Every item gets a finding and its images. Whatever stays open\nappears as open in the report.\n\nTHE REPORT IS THE PRODUCT\n\nA PDF with cover page, location overview, checklist, every shot with its details, both\nparties' signatures, and the seal document in the appendix. Produced entirely on the\ndevice. Signed with a finger, before sealing.\n\nARCHIVE, DON'T LOCK IN\n\nA case exports in full: one file with the original shots, all details, the seal\ndocument and instructions for recomputing it. It reads back in here and opens on any\ncomputer.\n\nNO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD\n\nThere is no sign-up and no synchronisation. Everything stays on the device. The only\noutbound connection is for the timestamp on sealing and for billing through the App\nStore.\n\nWHAT THE PROCEDURE STANDS FOR\n\nIt shows that nothing has changed since sealing. It does not show that the photograph\ndepicts what it purports to depict — someone could photograph a screen. That sentence\nappears in the app and in every report.\n\nWHO IT IS FOR\n\nProperty managers, loss adjusters, site supervisors and trades dealing with warranty\nquestions.\n\nSUBSCRIPTION\n\nWithout a subscription, three cases can be sealed, with everything that belongs to\nthem. After that, the annual subscription carries an allowance of fifty cases.\nPhotographing is never blocked, and sealed cases stay accessible: view, verify,\nproduce the report, export. Without a subscription too, and after it ends.\n\nThe annual subscription renews automatically for another year unless cancelled at\nleast 24 hours before it ends.
