Tap again and the record is saved. No menus, no forms, nothing to think about.\n\nADD IT LATER\nForgot to log a nap? It happens. Pick a start and end time and add the sleep afterwards. You can edit or delete any record, and deletion can be undone.\n\nNIGHT WAKINGS AND NOTES\nMark each night waking separately. Add a short note or tag when it helps: teething, illness, travel, a new place. Over time you will see what tends to go with what.\n\nDAY AND NIGHT\nRecords are split into daytime and night sleep automatically, and you can change that for any record. The hour your day starts is up to you.\n\nA 7-DAY VIEW\nThe Today screen shows today's total, daytime sleep, night sleep and time since the last waking. The History tab shows the last seven days by day or as a list.\n\nGROWTH TRACKING (WHO)\nEnter weight, length and head circumference to see percentiles and z-scores based on the WHO Child Growth Standards, with your baby's line on the curves. Weight-for-length, BMI and the WHO growth velocity standards are included too. For premature babies, calculations use corrected age until 24 months. Everything is calculated on your device.\n\nFEEDING AND DIAPERS\nLog breastfeeding (left/right, duration), bottles (ml, breast milk or formula), solids and diapers (wet/dirty); see the day at a glance and how long since the last feed. For dirty diapers you can pick the stool color; for colors worth showing a doctor, you see a calm note.\n\nSLEEP SOUNDS\nWhite, pink and brown noise plus a soothing shush. When the timer ends the sound fades out slowly; it keeps playing with the screen locked and needs no internet.\n\nVACCINE SCHEDULE\nYour baby's vaccine dates are counted from the birth date using the Türkiye national schedule. Tick what has been given and get a reminder 3 days before the next visit. Your ticks stay on your device.\n\nDEVELOPMENT PHASES AND COMMON QUESTIONS\nCommon phases such as the months when sleep structure changes, separation anxiety and nap transitions appear on Today based on your baby's age. Short, calm answers to the questions that come up at night are in the Guide too.\n\nNEVAMI PREMIUM (OPTIONAL)\n• Next nap and bedtime predictions from your baby's own rhythm, with a confidence label\n• Weekly insights and a doctor report (PDF) you can take to check-ups\n• Sleep habits program: from 6 months, a step-by-step program with the approach you choose for your family\nPremium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Logging, growth curves, feeding and diaper tracking, sleep sounds, the vaccine schedule, CSV export and the safe sleep guide work without a subscription.\n\nOFFLINE FIRST\nEverything is written to your device first. You can log, edit and review without a connection. When you are back online, your data syncs to your account. If you would rather not create an account, you can use the app as a guest.\n\nDARK THEME AND NIGHT MODE\nA warm-toned night mode that does not light up a dark room. It follows your system theme, or you choose.\n\nTURKISH AND ENGLISH\nThe app is available in both languages.
