Compare the quotes, pick one and lock it in, or type your own price. Labor uses the hourly rates you saved, by the hour or as a flat amount. Markup and tax go on top, the way you set them.\n\nBUILT FOR THE TRADES\nGeneral contractor, remodeling and renovation, tile and flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall, roofing, landscaping, HVAC, carpentry and framing, masonry and concrete, handyman services, or add your own trade.
