"description": "Bid the job before you leave the driveway. Scan the room, price it at your own rates, and send a proposal your client signs on their phone. The deposit goes straight to you.\n\nSCAN, OR TYPE IT IN\nWalk the room with your iPhone Pro and BidCoat measures the walls, ceiling, trim, doors and windows. Room scanning needs an iPhone or iPad Pro with LiDAR; on any other iPhone or iPad, type the measurements in.\n\nPRICED AT YOUR RATES, EVERY NUMBER SHOWN\nSet your labor rate, production rates and paints once. BidCoat works out paint, hours, materials, overhead and profit with fixed formulas you can check on a calculator, gives a likely price range, and shows each option's profit, flagging a price that loses money.\n\nPROPOSALS THAT WIN JOBS\nOffer Standard, Premium and Top grade, with Premium recommended. Add colors, photos and your logo. Send it as a link and a PDF, in English, Spanish or Portuguese: whichever your client reads, whatever language you work in.\n\nSIGNED AND PAID\nYour client opens the link, picks an option and e-signs, with a full record of who signed what, and when. Then they pay the deposit straight to your Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or your own Square or Stripe link. BidCoat never takes a cut of your deposits. You get a notification when they open it, sign and say they've paid.\n\nBUILT FOR THE JOB SITE\n- Works with no signal. Proposals go out when you're back online.\n- State rules built in: deposit limits, the right to cancel and the notices your state requires, for 15 states and New York City.\n- Automatic reminders to clients who haven't signed, from your business name.\n- In English, Spanish and Portuguese.\n\nYOUR PRICE NEVER GOES UP\nBidCoat Pro is $299.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $39.99 a month. Your price never goes up while you stay subscribed. Try a sample job before you subscribe.\n\nPayment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; cancel any time in Settings.
