No bidding, no waiting list.\n\nHOW STANDBY WORKS\nBecause the night was unsold, the owner may still take a full-price booking for it later. If that happens you are \"bumped\": you get at least 18 hours' notice, a push notification and a WhatsApp message, and every unused night is refunded automatically, including its share of the service fee. Your first 12 hours after booking are protected and cannot be bumped (6 hours after a switch).\n\nIf you are bumped, Bumpr shows you what else is open tonight so you can switch in two taps.\n\nFOR GUESTS\n• Browse what is open tonight and tomorrow night across Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu and more\n• See the full price before you book: standby rate, service fee and the 3% payment processing fee, nothing added later\n• Pay with Apple Pay or card; refunds go back to the same card\n• Cancel from the app: the next upcoming night is non-refundable, every later night comes back\n• Shorten a stay or switch villa from your trip screen\n• Support on WhatsApp and email, answered by people\n\nFOR VILLA OWNERS\n• List your villa and set your own standby rate\n• Keep your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar: paste the calendar link and blocked nights stay blocked\n• Bump a standby guest when a full-price booking comes in, with the notice period handled for you\n• See tonight's guest, earnings and payouts in one place\n• Payouts to your Indonesian or international bank account after each stay\n\nPRICING\nGuests pay the standby rate per night plus Bumpr's service fee, shown on the villa page and locked when you book, plus a 3% payment processing fee on the amount charged. Owners pay nothing to list. The processing fee is kept by the payment provider and is not refunded.\n\nBumpr is operated by Bumpr ApS, Denmark. Payments are processed by Airwallex.
