Asset register, maintenance visits, breakdowns, service reports, invoicing and collections live in one place. The technician has them on the phone on site and the office on the computer, working on the same data.\n\nIt is made for elevator companies in any country: 17 languages, and country settings for 17 countries that set the currency, VAT, tax ID format and the local maintenance and inspection intervals. For Greece it is fully set up for national law: Joint Ministerial Decision 28425/2008, the national elevator register and myDATA e-invoicing.\n\nMY DAY\nEach technician sees the day's visits: maintenance, breakdowns and periodic inspections about to expire. The app also works without signal, for example in a machine room, and syncs when the network is back.\n\nVOICE-TO-REPORT\nThe technician says what was done and the app builds a structured service report with checklist, spare parts, photos and the customer's signature. The report is exported as a PDF.\n\nAUTOMATIC MONTHLY SCHEDULE\nVisits are generated from the maintenance contracts. Routes per technician, leave and replacements in one tap.\n\nBREAKDOWNS AND ENTRAPMENTS\nFrom phone call to breakdown ticket in one tap. Response timer, assignment to the nearest technician and a history of repeat faults per elevator.\n\nCOMPLIANCE BY COUNTRY\nMaintenance and periodic inspection intervals follow the rules of your country, and you see which inspection is about to expire. In Greece the app also covers the national elevator register: the limit of elevators per crew, the register number on every document and which elevator is still unregistered.\n\nINVOICING\nBulk monthly invoicing per route, invoices for spare parts and projects, credit notes. In Greece, documents are transmitted to myDATA (AADE), directly or through a licensed e-invoicing provider.\n\nBANK AND COLLECTIONS\nDeposits from buildings are matched automatically to invoices, so you see who owes what without reading bank statements. The bank connection is read-only.\n\nNOTHING GETS FORGOTTEN\nSupplier invoices are recorded from email or a photo. When a technician stays long at a site, the app asks whether any part was replaced. Anything not yet invoiced appears under pending charges.\n\nFAULT DIAGNOSIS ASSISTANT\nDescribe the symptom or photograph the part and the assistant answers from the manuals of that elevator's own equipment (controller, hydraulic unit, doors), citing the page. If a manual is missing, it says so.\n\nGETTING STARTED\nSign up with company name, country, tax number and email. Import customers, elevators and contracts from the Excel file you already have. Add your technicians and they see their day on the phone the same day.\n\nDATA\nServers inside the European Union, encryption in transit and daily backups.
