Enfoca keeps it simple: empty your head, pick, and start.\n\nEMPTY YOUR HEAD\nSpeak or type however it comes out. Enfoca separates actions into tasks and distinguishes ideas. Review what it understood, reorder or change anything that doesn't fit, and save. You can also clear the current brain dump and start over without deleting saved tasks.\n\nPICK WHAT TO DO, IN YOUR ORDER\nOrganise your cards in IDEAS, TO DO, DOING and DONE. Select tasks individually or select all within a group. The focus block follows your board or list order; rearrange tasks during the Pomodoro whenever needed.\n\nONE TIMER FOR ALL OF THEM\nIn Work, open your DOING tasks or add others from the board, then choose how many minutes you work and rest. Enable an optional five-second countdown to get started. You can add and reorder upcoming tasks while the Pomodoro runs. One clock carries you through your tasks: finish one and move to the next without restarting it. Breaks come on their own. Customize the clock scale, color and shape, with elapsed or remaining progress and independent work and break preferences. If you allow it, Screen Time can block the apps you choose during focus.\n\nTRACK WHAT YOU FINISH\nMark each task as done and find it in DONE. Archive completed cards to clear your board, then search and restore them whenever you need.\n\nFOCUS LIGHT ON YOUR DESK\nOpen desk mode from the timer and let a steady light, a slow pulse, soft colours or a gradual colour change accompany your Pomodoro. Choose colour and intensity, then show just the clock, your current and next task, or this session’s queue. Enable three gentle pulses at the end and dim the light at night. Works while Enfoca is open; it does not change your device brightness.\n\nGUIDES FOR YOUR NEXT STEP\nThe assistant offers prepared guides for getting started, breaking an activity into small steps and making lists. Share the context of a task, receive questions and concrete strategies, and review any proposal before saving. Chat does not use free-form generation or automatically access your board.\n\nTOOLS WHEN YOU NEED THEM\nFrom Home: getting unstuck, guided breathing, tiny steps, if-then plans and WOOP, and time sense. Each tool shows its level of evidence and references. Enfoca's automatic organising has not been tested in its own clinical trial. Enfoca is an organisation tool: it does not diagnose or treat ADHD and does not replace professional care.\n\nON YOUR IPHONE AND IPAD\nYour data is stored on your device. Enable iCloud to sync saved tasks, ideas and projects in your private account. Audio and unreviewed drafts remain local. Apple Intelligence depends on your device, language and availability; a local alternative without the model is available. Dictation depends on compatible system resources. Available in English and Spanish with iOS or iPadOS 26.1 or later.\n\nSUBSCRIPTION ACCESS\nAll tools are included in the monthly and annual plans. Both offer a 7-day trial for eligible users. The trial automatically renews as a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Price and period are shown before you confirm the purchase. One trial per subscription group; switching plans does not grant another trial. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
