It works offline, without an account, and it says where every rule and every number it shows comes from.\n\nTHE SHIFT CHECK\n- 73 items, ordered by the three moments of a shift: before start, with the engine running, in operation\n- Fifteen machine types, each with its own numbered drawing of where to look\n- A \"no\" opens a fault work order and the machine is marked as out of service\n- The person handing over and the person taking over sign off; the record is a document\n\nTHE FLEET\n- Workplaces, machines, operators and every record that hangs off them\n- Periodic inspection and service dates, with reminders before they run out\n- A maintenance programme of 66 tasks on hours and days, whichever comes first\n- Documents filed with the machine: inspection report, gas tightness, exhaust emission, operator certificate, handover sheet, rental agreement\n\nTHE GUIDE AND THE TRAINING\n- 16 sections, 65 articles, each one naming the standard behind it\n- A course of 10 modules and 80 questions, with an exam of 15 questions marked at 60 per cent\n- 14 toolbox talks written for the start of a shift, with an attendance record and signatures\n- The anatomy of the machine, the hydraulic and electrical circuits, and a stability triangle you can drive\n\nTHE CALCULATIONS\nCapacity at a load centre, residual capacity at height, stability, aisle width, battery and gas consumption, tyre and chain wear, ramp and slope. Every result shows the figures it used, and says plainly that the machine's own capacity plate is the authority.\n\nWHAT COMES OUT\nEvery report is a PDF with a SHA-256 digest, a readable short code and a QR code, so a document can be verified after it leaves the app. Export the whole ledger to a file you own, and import it again on another device.\n\nWHAT IT IS NOT\nForkmatic inspects nothing. It carries out no periodic inspection, issues no certificate and does not decide whether a machine is fit for use. It records what a competent person found, and when.\n\nFREE AND MEMBERSHIPS\nFree covers the fleet, the shift check, the guide, the course and the reminders, permanently. The free tier is paid for by ads, which every membership removes.\nPlus removes the ads, opens the appearance packs and app icons, the machine documents, the inspection schedule and an unlimited number of machines. Gold adds the calculations, the parts ledger, the statistics and export. Premium adds unlimited workplaces, the operator register, the inspection transfer, document verification and the AI reading, which runs on your own provider account.\nThese are optional in-app purchases; everything described above that is not named as a paid feature works without paying.\n\nNo account, no server, no tracking.
