One Assistant handles parts questions, project references and service observations.\n\nRecord an equipment issue, collect observations, and prepare a service note. Add photos or files, review an email draft before sending, and return to saved activity on your device. Collect component requests from customer PDF links or manual part numbers, review quantities, and prepare an email request for a quote.\n\nAn optional connected assistant can review questions and selected attachments through your organization's configured gateway. Connected features require network access and a compatible gateway.\n\nOn-device AI requires supported Apple Intelligence hardware, iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, Apple Intelligence enabled, and an available downloaded model. Document answers use extracted text; this mode does not visually interpret diagrams or photos. Check generated wording and the original documents before acting.\n\nThe app is free to download. Customer workspaces require a signed license supplied for each approved device. Organization evaluations last up to 14 days and have a configured device limit. Importing a pack does not start automatic evaluation access. When a demo expires, customer PDF viewing, 3D opening and AI access lock; saved activity remains available. Files already exported to an external viewer remain subject to that viewer.\n\nOrganization deployments use separately arranged monthly or annual access for registered team devices. No payment or automatic charge occurs in the app. When paid AI access expires, previously licensed reference files and saved activity remain available.",
