Launching the app and automatically starting an awake session are separate preferences.\n\nPOWER-AWARE BEHAVIOR\nOptionally end a session when your Mac switches to battery power. Reconnecting power does not automatically start another session. After system sleep, only an unexpired session that you have not deactivated resumes on wake.\n\nLOCAL AND PRIVATE\nNo account, ads, or tracking SDKs. Your preferences stay on your Mac, and the sleep-prevention feature works locally.\n\nMade for macOS 14 Sonoma and later. Supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs, with an interface available in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Chinese (Hong Kong), Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.\n\nInsomio prevents automatic idle sleep.
