"description": "It is 22:30. The book is on the nightstand, and the phone is in your hand again.\n\nKept blocks the apps and websites you choose, during the hours and at the places you set. Not all day, and not everywhere: a moment. Bedtime after 22:30. The table at dinner. Your desk in the morning, and only while you are at the office.\n\nMOMENTS\nA moment is a window in your day where chosen apps go quiet. Give it days and hours, or tie it to a place: only at home, or everywhere but the office. Kept follows where you are, not only the clock, and it runs with the app closed.\n\nWHAT GOES QUIET\nApps, from Apple's own picker. Whole categories. The websites you keep opening. Every adult site, with one switch.\n\nA PAUSE HAS A PRICE\nYou can always get back in for fifteen minutes, if you pay the price you set. Nothing at all. Ten seconds. A typed passage. Three sums. Catching a dot. Turning the phone over. Your own code. A partner's code. Being plugged in. You also choose how many pauses a day, and zero is allowed.\n\nSTRICT MEANS STRICT\nFirm locks the rule while it runs. Committed locks it until a date you choose: nothing can be softened, and Kept cannot be deleted from the phone until then. One emergency pass a month remains, for the real thing.\n\nPROGRESS IN MOMENTS KEPT\nReports count what you kept, exactly, and show how much of your evening came back, from Screen Time's own figures. Never a guilt trip in minutes.\n\nNOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE\nNo account and no server. The apps you pick and the minutes you see are drawn by Apple's own Screen Time components. Kept never sees them, and neither do we.\n\nKept is built on Apple's Screen Time API and needs iOS 17 or later. A subscription unlocks it, with a seven-day free trial on the yearly plan. Family Sharing is included.\n\nThe best moments are kept.\n\nTerms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/\nPrivacy Policy: https://getkeptblocker.app/privacy.html",
