Lose no lanterns to earn three stars, then spend your stars on permanent Research upgrades. Research can be reset for free at any time.\n\n■ Nightmare, Heroic and Iron\nEvery night you clear unlocks Nightmare difficulty with much tougher foes, and three stars unlock Heroic (a single lantern) and Iron (only two tower types, no breaks). Eight stars per night, 200 in total.\n\n■ Endless Night\nUnlocked after the first world. How long can you last?
