The log — the only part anyone needs — is the bait for a programme subscription, a macro tracker, a feed, or a notification telling you that you have not trained in three days. This one is the log, by itself, and it stops there.\n\nLOG A SET IN SECONDS\nType the exercise and the weight, mark the reps, done. Lifts you have logged before are offered as you type, with the weight you last used already filled in. \"Add set\" repeats the last one.\n\nREPS THAT TELL THE TRUTH\nTap a number once and it goes green: you made that many. Tap it again and it goes red: that is the rep you failed on. \"Did 8\" and \"failed at 8\" are different sets, and next week you will want to know which it was.\n\nWHAT IS THAT MACHINE FOR?\nThirty-odd pieces of standard gym equipment, each with a body map, front and back, showing the muscles it works: the ones the lift is built around, and the ones that help. Pick the ones you plan to use and they wait on today's page.\n\nWHAT YOU DID LAST TIME\nUnder the lift is your previous session, read back from your own log. It is recall, not advice. The app never tells you what to load.\n\nGOALS YOU SET YOURSELF\nThree sets of eight, or whatever you choose. A day goes green when you meet it. No streaks, no badges, no \"you missed a day\".\n\nTWO HONEST CHARTS\nTop set per session, and weight moved per session — as two charts, because two scales on one chart is how a chart lies. A session with unmeasured sets is drawn as an outline and says so.\n\nFIX THE RECORD\nEvery set can be edited, moved to another day, or deleted — and a delete can be undone.\n\nYOUR DATA IS A FILE YOU CAN HOLD\nSave the whole log as one readable file, anywhere you like. Restoring only ever adds: it never overwrites or deletes what is already there. Any day's stored text is one tap away, exactly as it is kept.\n\nBUILT NOT TO SEE YOU\n• No account. Nothing to sign up for.\n• No server. The log is on your phone and nowhere else.\n• No analytics, no crash reporting, no ads.\n• No network code at all — there is nothing in the app that could send your data anywhere.\n\nLIFT WITH SOMEONE\nPut a session in your calendar or send it to a friend.
