The CO2 table keeps the hold the same while the rest between holds shrinks. The O2 table keeps the rest the same while the hold grows, and always stops short of your best. Box breathing, cyclic rounds and a gentle custom table sit beside them. Every hold in a table is a fraction of your comfortable hold, never your maximum.\n\nA STOPWATCH FOR YOUR BEST\nThe max-hold stopwatch counts up with no target and no encouragement to go further. The light laps the ring once a minute, the seconds are shown, and the only line on screen is the reminder to stop when your body tells you to.\n\nGUIDED BY SOUND AND TOUCH\nSoft airy cues mark each inhale, hold and exhale, and a light touch marks each phase and the last three seconds of a hold. Both can be turned off. The screen stays awake during a session.\n\nA STREAK THAT FORGIVES\nTrain on a day and its dew drop fills. A freeze covers one missed day on its own, you can hold two, and you can earn one a day by choosing to watch an ad. Days trained in all is a second count that never goes down, even when a streak ends.\n\nACHIEVEMENTS AND YOUR BEST OVER TIME\nTwenty achievements for showing up: your first table, a full week, ten days, an hour held in total, your first two-minute hold. The personal-best line only ever steps up. Nothing rewards holding past three minutes.\n\nSHARE A CARD\nMake a card of your longest hold, your last session or your streak, drawn in the same glass ring, and share it anywhere.\n\nSAFETY FIRST\nBreath-hold training carries real risk. Never hold your breath in or near water, in a bath, pool or the sea, without trained supervision: shallow-water blackout gives no warning. Never while driving. Stop if you feel dizzy.
