"description": "You already told your AI about the bad shoulder and the three free mornings a week. Not So Dumbbell turns what it knows into workouts you can start on your iPhone or Apple Watch.\n\nFrom chat to gym floor\nAsk ChatGPT or Claude for a workout, a week or a whole program. The plan arrives in the app with every exercise, set, rest and weight. Before it sends the link, your AI checks the plan with Not So Dumbbell, so a made-up exercise gets fixed in the chat. Want a change? Ask again and import the new version.\n\nRather skip the AI?\nAnswer five quick questions and start from a built-in plan, or build your own workout one exercise at a time.\n\nKnow what goes on the bar\nEvery set shows the weight, the reps and the plates for each side. The rest timer counts down on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.\n\nYour whole workout on your wrist\nStart, log and finish from Apple Watch. Turn the Digital Crown to set the weight, and your Watch taps you when rest is up. Heart rate shows on every set, and each workout is saved to Apple Health. You can leave your iPhone in the locker.\n\nWeight goes up as you do\nHit the top of your rep range and the next set comes heavier. You pick the increment.\n\nConnect your AI\nLet your AI read your recent training: sessions, weights, notes and heart rate. Ask for next week's plan and it starts from the sets you logged. You approve the connection on your iPhone and can remove it in Settings.\n\nTrain together with friends\nSend a workout or a whole program as a link. Friends open it in the app and train the same plan. After a session, share your workout card as an image.\n\nNo account to create\nYour workouts stay on your iPhone unless you connect an AI or share a plan.\n\nStart your free week\nGet your first plan from your AI or from the built-in plans and train it today. Every feature is included in the 7-day free trial.\n\nSubscription\nNot So Dumbbell Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged within those last 24 hours. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.\n\nTerms of Use: https://notsodumbbell.com/terms\nPrivacy Policy: https://notsodumbbell.com/privacy",
