"description": "Big goals fail because they start too big. Notes on Success flips the script: every goal is broken into steps so small they can't fail - then every tiny win is recorded, celebrated, and turned into visible proof that you can do it.\n\nSTART IMPOSSIBLY SMALL\nCreate a goal or a habit and give it a \"tiny version\" - the first step that can't fail. \"Go running\" becomes \"put on running shoes\". \"Read more\" becomes \"read one page\". Today's view shows only the tiniest next step, so starting is always easy.\n\nLET AI DO THE BREAKING DOWN\nAsk the AI coach to split any goal into 3-8 can't-fail steps, each doable in minutes. When the AI service is unreachable, a built-in offline breakdown takes over - the app works fully without it.\n\nEVERY WIN BECOMES EVIDENCE\nFinishing a step or checking in a habit automatically writes a success journal entry - with a celebratory moment and an encouraging word. Your journal grows into a personal evidence library: proof, in black and white, that you follow through.\n\nWATCH MOMENTUM BUILD\n- A success streak that survives even the days you haven't started yet\n- Habit check-in heatmap: every day you showed up, at a glance\n- Milestones at 3, 7, 21, 66, and 100 days\n- Weekly charts and an encouraging AI weekly review\n\nAN AI COACH IN YOUR CORNER\nChat about stuck points, ask for breakdowns, or just celebrate a small win. The coach only speaks when you enable it - and only after you agree to share the text you type. Everything else stays on your device.\n\nPRIVATE BY DESIGN\nGoals, steps, check-ins, and your success journal live only on your device. No account, no sign-up, no tracking. The only thing that ever leaves it is the text you choose to send to the AI - and we always ask first. One tap in Settings erases everything, permanently.\n\nFOR EVERY LANGUAGE YOU THINK IN\nEnglish, 繁體中文, and 简体中文 - switchable anytime.\n\nStart with one step so small it can't fail. Today.",
