{ "name": "Novely: BookTracker Shelf", "tagline": "Your bookshelf as it stands at home", "description": "Your bookshelf as it stands at home. With your real book spines, at their real size, and as a widget on your Home Screen.\n\nNovely is in English, or in German when your iPhone is set to German.\n\nNovely requires an in-app purchase to start: Novely Club, as a subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 3-day trial) or as a one-time purchase. If a trial or subscription ends, you keep your books and the basic designs; the other walls, lights, decor, reading rooms and sounds, full stats, recommendations and app blocking need Novely Club.\n\nYOUR SHELF\n\n- Every book stands at its real height and thickness.\n- Photograph your own book spines. Novely cuts them out and puts them on the shelf.\n- Photograph your own cover too, or pick one from your photos.\n- Spine, cover facing out, or lying in a stack: hold a book and drag it where it belongs.\n- To read, Read, Wishlist: a shelf each.\n- Walls, light and decor, from fairy lights to a monstera. More walls, lights and decor come only with Novely Club.\n\nON YOUR HOME SCREEN\n\n- A widget for every shelf, small, medium or large. Tap it to open exactly that shelf.\n- The Currently Reading and Cover widgets show where you are in the book.\n\nADDING BOOKS\n\n- Scan a barcode or search by title.\n- English editions from Open Library. German editions from the German National Library (DNB), with publisher and page count.\n- Saw a book in a video? Share it from TikTok, Instagram or your browser to Novely.\n- Goodreads import by CSV. Export any time.\n- StoryGraph import by CSV, and your whole library as a backup file for your next phone.\n\nSERIES\n\n- German editions know their series: the volumes stand together, in order, and \"All Volumes\" shows which one is missing.\n\nREADING\n\n- A reading session timer for the book you are reading. With Novely Club, the apps you choose stay blocked until it ends.\n- A reading room for your session: a moving picture with a cat or a dog, and rain, fireplace or piano sounds. More pictures and the fireplace and piano sounds come only with Novely Club.\n- Reminders for your reading time, if you like.\n\nNOTES & QUOTES\n\n- Keep quotes and thoughts for every book, with the page number.\n- Scan a page, drag your finger along your line, and it becomes a quote. The page is read on your iPhone.\n- Share a quote as a card.\n\nSTATS\n\n- This month as a calendar of the covers you read, and your reading streak.\n- With Novely Club: pages per day, past months and your yearly goal.\n- Your week, month and reading year as a card to share, in story format.\n\nFRIENDS\n\nWith an account, invite friends by link, @username or code. You see each other’s shelves and when someone finishes or rates a book, and you choose what friends see. No direct messages, and you can report or block anyone who bothers you.\n\nPRIVACY, HONESTLY\n\nNo account needed: your books, photos and shelves are stored on your iPhone. An account is optional and makes your purchases follow you to your next phone; Firebase (Google) stores its email address. What you share with friends is stored on our server. For recommendations in Discover, titles, authors, reading statuses and ratings go to our server and Google Gemini.\n\nNOVELY CLUB\n\nNovely Club is an in-app purchase, and you need it to start. If your trial or subscription ends, Novely stays usable with the basic designs: your books, shelves, widgets and cards stay yours.\n\nNovely Club gives you access to Novely, all designs, every reading room and every sound:\n- yearly subscription, with a 3-day trial\n- weekly subscription\n- forever, as a one-time purchase\n\nThe subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store account. You can manage and cancel it at any time in your account settings.\n\nNovely is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Goodreads or StoryGraph.\n\nTerms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/\nPrivacy: https://use-less.app/novely/privacy", "url": "https://debuts.app/apps/novely-booktracker-shelf", "category": "Education", "platforms": [ "iPhone and iPad" ], "pricing": "free", "use_cases": [], "audience": [], "links": { "app_store": "https://apps.apple.com/us/app/novely-booktracker-shelf/id6814824995", "google_play": null, "website": null }, "icon": "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple211/v4/59/26/6b/59266b0d-21cf-ca73-2f02-816be56692b5/AppIcon-0-0-1x_U007ephone-0-1-85-220.png/512x512bb.jpg", "screenshots": [ "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/fd/46/da/fd46daf7-906e-9db6-e920-d01f33ac446f/01-zuhause.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ea/b8/2a/eab82adf-f60c-8c60-18ef-1d353fd255da/02-lesezeit.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/23/dc/4c/23dc4ca6-01fe-7bac-f530-c5023cf53e34/03-scannen.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/80/1d/42/801d42e9-8d2e-15ca-5d1e-0b920edf7774/04-fortschritt.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/b3/b6/ee/b3b6eeb7-97b8-2690-4848-c891256b1873/05-lesekalender.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/f1/08/38/f10838eb-9cad-c1ab-3c4b-d2f85d137524/06-leseziele.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/88/70/c4/8870c4e7-14eb-5db6-2fc0-c9c048ae1b47/07-booktok.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/d7/2b/b8/d72bb864-0197-c1ff-b25a-3f853fe40cb7/08-homescreen.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/4f/4d/02/4f4d02ac-5e03-5fc6-6a8e-7537448d6f54/09-zitate.png/320x480bb.jpg", "https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/35/e5/92/35e59275-abfa-3215-1a49-84c562bd64e1/10-import.png/320x480bb.jpg" ], "claimed": false, "verified": false, "maker": "DaDaMa UG (haftungsbeschraenkt)", "upvotes": null, "followers": null, "rating": null, "ratings": 0, "awards": [], "launches": [], "ai_ready": 78, "badges": { "launched": "https://debuts.app/badge/novely-booktracker-shelf?type=launched", "award": "https://debuts.app/badge/novely-booktracker-shelf?type=award", "rating": "https://debuts.app/badge/novely-booktracker-shelf?type=rating" } }
