"description": "NovyDeco is a dive planning app built for every diver, from recreational to technical. Build your profiles on open circuit (OC) or on a rebreather (CCR), set up your gas mixes (Nitrox, Trimix) and compute your decompression with your choice of two models: Bühlmann ZH-L16C with gradient factors, or VPM-B, the bubble model.\n\nTwo algorithms, your own conservatism\nSwitch between models and compare them on the same profile. In Bühlmann, set your gradient factors — with separate values for open circuit, rebreather and bailout. In VPM-B, choose your conservatism level, from +0 to +5, with the VPM-B + GFS option to control the final part of the ascent. The comparator computes every variant at once and lines them up side by side: you see straight away what each setting costs you, or buys you.\n\nDive logbook\nSave your dives, find them again by site, buddy, trip or date, and study each profile in detail: tissue loadings, saturation, total desaturation and no-fly time. Import your existing logbooks from Subsurface (.ssrf) or UDDF, and export them whenever you like.\n\nDownload dives from your computer\nConnect your computer over Bluetooth and transfer your dives straight into the logbook, full profile included. A logged dive then reopens in the planner in one tap, to replay it or plan it differently.\n\nRepetitive dives\nChain several dives with their surface intervals: NovyDeco carries residual gas loading from one dive to the next and gives you, for the whole series, the total desaturation and no-fly time.\n\nFeatures:\n— Open circuit (OC) and rebreather (CCR) planning\n— Bühlmann ZH-L16C decompression with gradient factors\n— VPM-B decompression, conservatism +0 to +5, GFS option\n— Settings comparator across variants\n— Bailout plans for CCR emergency ascents\n— Nitrox and Trimix mixes, diluents and setpoints\n— Gas consumption management and estimation\n— Repetitive dives and surface intervals\n— Dive logbook with search, filters and detailed dive sheets\n— Bluetooth download from many divecomputers\n— Subsurface (.ssrf) and UDDF import and export\n— PDF export of the dive plan\n— CNS and OTU tracking, ppO2, MOD and counterdiffusion (ICD) alerts\n— Altitude, fresh or salt water\n— English and French\n\nTrial & full version:\n— 10-day trial with full access\n— After the trial, a 1-minute timer appears from time to time\n— Full version unlocked by a yearly subscription\n\nDisclaimer:\nNovyDeco is a planning aid. It does not replace training, experience, diver judgement or safety procedures. Always check your plans and dive within the limits of your certification.\n\nTerms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/\nNovyDeco terms: https://novydeco.com/en/terms.html\nPrivacy policy: https://novydeco.com/en/privacy.html",
