Counters use it every month to confirm that each asset still exists, sits where it should, and is in the recorded condition.\n\nMONTHLY CAMPAIGNS\nEach month your asset administrator opens a stocktake campaign for your company. The app lists every asset to be counted with its expected location and department, and shows progress as you go.\n\nSCAN THE QR LABEL\nPoint the camera at an asset's QR label and the app opens the right line. No label? Search by code or name.\n\nRECORD THE RESULT WITH EVIDENCE\nPick the status (present, not found, moved) and condition, note the location and department you observed, add a remark, and take an evidence photo. GPS coordinates are attached when you submit the count, if you allow it.\n\nWORKS OFFLINE\nWarehouses, estates and mills rarely have signal. Every count is stored in a queue on the phone and sent automatically when a connection is available. The Queue screen shows the status of every item.\n\nSIGN IN SECURELY\nSign in with your work account, then enable Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint for the next time. Biometric checks are performed entirely by the phone's operating system; the app never stores biometric data.\n\nCONNECTS TO YOUR COMPANY'S SYSTEM\nEnter the company code your administrator gives you and the app connects to your company's own Omni Asset Onboarding system.
