Other days you finish work early or want extra time to focus.\n\nTell Plan7 what you need:\n\n• \"Make today lighter.\"\n• \"Move my workouts to the morning.\"\n• \"Give me two hours to focus.\"\n• \"I want more time with my family.\"\n\nPlan7 checks your schedule and shows which activities need to move before you confirm the changes.\n\n**KNOW WHAT'S NEXT**\n\nOpen the Today view to see your current activity, how much time remains, and what's coming up.\n\nMark activities as completed or skipped, extend a session, or move something to another time.\n\nYou can also look at your full week to see how your goals and daily responsibilities fit together.\n\n**MAKE TIME TO FOCUS**\n\nUse focus sessions and Pomodoro timers when you need to concentrate on studying, working, or finishing a task.\n\nOn supported devices, you can restrict distracting apps during scheduled focus sessions. Access returns when the session ends.\n\n**BUILD A BETTER MORNING ROUTINE**\n\nPlan7 includes alarms with wake-up missions that require you to complete an action.\n\nDepending on your settings, you may need to move, hold the screen, repeat a phrase, or complete a visual verification task.\n\nYou can also set bedtime reminders and Lights Out routines to make sleep part of your weekly schedule.\n\n**UNDERSTAND YOUR TIME**\n\nThe Capacity view shows how much time you have available compared with what you've already scheduled.\n\nYour Diagnosis identifies constraints in your routine, helping you understand what fits into your week and what may need to change.\n\nYour plan brings those decisions together in a schedule you can follow and update as needed.\n\n**SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES**\n\nPlan7 is a paid-access app. Payment is required to use the app and access the features described above.\n\nAccess is provided through paid subscriptions or applicable in-app purchases.
