Portproof flags repeated cable IDs and repeated room/outlet assignments, and a port counts as resolved only after it has the required labels, a manual verified state and no duplicate assignment. Work through the open-items list, then share a named multipage PDF commissioning sheet or an escaped CSV port schedule. Job, panel and port records remain editable and saved locally. New installs begin empty.\n\nPortproof is a manual documentation tool. It does not scan a network, control a cable tester, prove continuity, certify TIA/ISO compliance, or replace an onsite test. The technician must verify real connections using their own equipment and process. No account, subscription, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync or developer upload.
