For electrical contractors and PV installers who, after installation, have to compile everything for the grid operator and the customer – nameplates, serial numbers, photos, settings and signatures.\n\nTHE PROBLEM\nSerial numbers sit in the manufacturer app, photos in the camera roll, settings on a note – and in the end everything has to be retyped and assembled into a PDF. PVFolio records the whole system in one pass, right on site.\n\nHOW IT WORKS\n1. Create a system: choose a template (new PV system, battery retrofit, inverter replacement, extension), enter customer and site.\n2. Record: meter & metering point, PV arrays, inverters and batteries – as many as needed, with manufacturer, type, serial number, power, firmware, country setting, reactive power method, P(U), FRT and LFSM-O. Module and inverter power are totalled automatically – for extensions also split into new and existing.\n3. Scan, then confirm: read serial numbers and the metering point with the camera or get suggestions from the nameplate photo. You always see the value and confirm it yourself.\n4. Take photos: numbered photo spots with date and time – meter cabinet, all modules, nameplate, mounting location, settings, overview plan. Flashlight for dark basements.\n5. Create the outputs.\n\nTHREE OUTPUTS\n• Evidence PDF for the grid operator – one PDF per system, named after customer and site, with photos, nameplates, serial numbers and settings.\n• Portal entry sheet – all details in the order of the installation document; copy each value with one tap and paste it into the portal.\n• Handover PDF for your customer – system overview, devices, instructions, signatures; data sheets and declarations of conformity are appended.\nPlus a ZIP package with all PDFs, original photos, documents, CSV and JSON.\n\nADAPTS TO YOUR WORK\nAdd your own fields and photo spots to any system – e.g. wallbox, heat pump or surge protection. With Pro, create your own templates for typical jobs and share them as a file.\n\nOFFLINE AND PRIVATE\n• We collect no data. No account, no login.\n• All data stays on your iPhone – also without reception on the roof or in the basement.\n• No ads, no tracking.\n• Backup as a ZIP file; the data is also part of your normal iPhone backup.\n• PVFolio does not connect to inverters, meters or portals and does not send anything.\n\nFREE AND PRO\n1 system is free – with all features and all PDFs to try everything.
