While the session runs, your workshop can diagnose and code your vehicle as if it were on site.\n\nWHAT YOU SEE\n• A step-by-step guide that checks the connection to your vehicle\n• Connection quality and your vehicle's battery voltage\n• A chat with your workshop – text, photos and videos\n• One click ends the session at any time.\n\nWHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO\n• It never works on your vehicle on its own and only talks to it during a session you started.\n• Nothing happens without a valid code from your workshop.\n• No account, no ads, no tracking.\n\nSECURITY\n• Encrypted connections. The chat and – by default – the diagnostic connection are end-to-end encrypted between your Mac and your workshop.\n• Your workshop can additionally require end-to-end encryption and servers in the EU.\n\nYOU NEED\n• A session code from your workshop\n• The diagnostic cable your workshop specifies and an Ethernet port on your Mac (built in or via an adapter)\n• Keep the app open during the session – it keeps your Mac awake. Do not close the lid of a MacBook.\n• Follow your workshop's instructions, e.g. switch on the ignition or connect a battery charger.\n\nThe app is free and has no in-app purchases. Sessions are provided by your workshop.",
