"description": "You open an app for five minutes. Then the scroll takes over. It happens to everyone.\n\nRest gives you a gentle tap on the shoulder when a visit runs long. Take a short walk, then choose again. No guilt, no streaks, nothing to earn.\n\nHOW IT WORKS\n- Make a deal with yourself: pick the apps that pull you in, how long a normal visit is, and how you'll reset.\n- Get a heads-up a minute before, then one gentle tap when the time is up.\n- Take a lap: about three minutes, phone in your pocket. The hallway, the stairs, round the block, it all counts. Prefer to stay put? Choose \"Phone down\" instead: screen off, face down, three minutes.\n- Then choose again: back for ten more minutes, or done for now. Both are good answers.\n\nSEE WHAT YOUR TIME TURNS INTO\nEvery Sunday, Rest shows you a calm weekly summary:\n- Time you took back from long scrolls\n- Your steps against your own four weeks before Rest\n- Sleep on nights you stopped scrolling earlier\n- Workouts you started soon after putting the phone down\n- One-thing tasks you finished in the time you got back\nThese are patterns in your own data, never promises.\n\nBUILT TO BE KIND\n- Unlock any time, no questions asked.\n- A gentler \"It's late\" tap after your bedtime.\n- Open apps on purpose with the doorway widget: decide how long before you go in.\n- Pim, a small friend who naps when your apps rest.\n\nPRIVATE BY DESIGN\n- Uses Apple's Screen Time framework. Rest knows when a watched app is used and for how long, never what you look at.\n- Your posts, messages, searches and photos are never seen.\n- No account. Your activity stays on your iPhone.\n- Health data is read only, used only for your weekly summary, and never leaves your phone.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\nScreen Time access is required. Motion, notifications and Health are optional: without them, laps are timed instead of counted, and the weekly summary shows laps and time back only.\n\nSUBSCRIPTION\nRest is free to download and needs a subscription to work. Choose yearly (with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region.\n\nTerms of Use: https://rest-cb5c2b.netlify.app/terms\nPrivacy Policy: https://rest-cb5c2b.netlify.app/privacy\n\nRest is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device.",
