One purchase unlocks the other sessions and the training plans, Space and every distance over 10 km, for good.\n\nTHREE 3D WORLDS\n• Wild Ring: a flat 2 km loop around a lake, with wildlife. Each lap lasts a day, from dawn to night.\n• Desert: dunes, temples and pyramids, on flat, rolling or hilly profiles.\n• Space: a route through planets and asteroids (full game).\nChoose 3 km, 5 km or 10 km for free. The half marathon, the marathon and the 170 km ultra come with the full game.\n\nA PACER TO CHASE\nSet a pace and follow the pacer along the route, or run solo. Distance, time and pace stay on screen.\n\nREADY-MADE SESSIONS\nThe Training tab has the 12-3-30 incline walk and the steps that lead up to it, a walk-run plan that builds to 30 minutes non-stop, Yasso 800s, hill repeats, a ramp test and a 5 km time trial. Target paces are calibrated from your own records.\n\nHOW IT WORKS\n1. Pick a world and a distance.\n2. Set your treadmill to the speed and incline shown.\n3. Run. The pacer is ahead of you.\n\nGOOD TO KNOW\nSpeeds are shown in km/h. Hill sessions need a treadmill with incline.
