Your character levels up with you, across four attributes: Fitness, Discipline, Focus and Mindfulness.\n\nA 30 DAY PLAN\nAnswer a few questions about where you are now and what you want to change. Self.RPG builds your week from the answers, then checks in after 30 days to show how you have changed and set up what comes next.\n\nQUESTS THAT CHECK THEMSELVES\n• Wake up on time: your alarm rings, and you walk 50 steps within three minutes of stopping it.\n• Focused work: the apps you choose are blocked while a session runs. Pause it from the app, the blocked app's screen or the Lock Screen.\n• Screen time: set a daily limit. Self.RPG tells you whether you stayed under it, and can block the apps you choose for the rest of the day once you reach it.\n• Meditation: the timer counts only while Self.RPG stays open with the phone left alone.\n• Journal: write in the app. Entries stay on your phone.\nWorkouts, calorie goals and bedtimes are marked off by you.\n\nPROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING\nThe Progress tab measures changes in what you actually do: more focused work, more meditation, less time on your phone. Challenges and achievements mark the milestones on the way.\n\nPRIVATE BY DESIGN\nNo account, no servers, no analytics, no ads. Everything stays on your iPhone, and you can export it at any time.\n\nSUBSCRIPTION\nSelf.RPG requires a subscription: annual or monthly, each with a 14-day free trial, or weekly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
