"description": "SPLITS8 is a split tracker for HYROX-style hybrid fitness races, made for Apple Watch and iPhone.\n\nStart a workout on your watch and move to the next run or station with one swipe or a double tap. SPLITS8 records every split with your heart rate and calories, then shows you exactly where the time went.\n\nTRAIN\n• Build your own training from runs (200 m to 1 km) and eight stations: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Row, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls. Up to 16 segments per set.\n• HIIT intervals and running workouts with 1 km splits.\n• No watch with you? Start any workout on iPhone.\n\nTEST\n• Full Simulation: the full race order, 8 runs and 8 stations, with optional transition (Roxzone) timing.\n• PFT: a six-movement fitness test with Gold, Silver and Bronze grades (SPLITS8's own guide).\n• Charts show how your total time, run average and each station change over time.\n\nRACE\n• Set a goal time and split it into targets for every segment: balanced, runner, strong, or based on your best.\n• Add your event and see the countdown on Home.\n• Your watch taps you when you fall behind target pace.\n\nREVIEW\n• Heart rate chart with split boundaries, time in zones, pace for every kilometre, and how much each station slows your next run.\n• Estimated stroke and rep counts for SkiErg, rowing and wall balls, from wrist motion.\n• A calendar of your workouts with weekly and monthly summaries. Plan workouts and get reminders.\n\nCOMPARE (optional account)\n• Add friends by email or nickname and compare rankings for Full Simulation, races and each station.\n• Use a friend's splits as your targets.\n• You decide who sees your records: friends, everyone, or only you.\n\nSHARE\n• Put your result on your own photo as a Poster, Ticket or Block card, then save or share it.\n• Send a training to anyone with a link.\n\nMORE\n• Works with the Health app: SPLITS8 reads heart rate and active energy during workouts and saves your workouts to Health.\n• Your records stay on your iPhone. Back them up to a file whenever you like.\n• Pick the glow colour of the app. Your watch follows.\n• English and Korean.\n\nEverything works without an account. An account is only needed for friends and leaderboards.\n\nSPLITS8 is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX. HYROX is a trademark of its respective owner.\n\nTerms of Use: https://nkssi-nk.github.io/splits8/terms.html\nPrivacy Policy: https://nkssi-nk.github.io/splits8/privacy.html",
