Every question, every lesson and your child's whole progress record cost nothing, with no advertising and nothing withheld.\n\nThe optional Parent Dashboard is a subscription. Pair with your child's phone and you can see each day's minutes, questions and accuracy, with a reminder at a time you choose; the week at a glance, so a quiet patch is obvious early; a quiet note when answers come back unusually fast; and a way to set the topics to concentrate on, with a number of questions to get through in each. One subscription covers up to four children, each shown separately.\n\nSNAP & TEST\n\nIncluded with the Parent Dashboard. Your child photographs their class notes, a worksheet or a practice test, and StudyStep writes a practice test on exactly what they've covered, checked before they see it, with an explanation for every answer. You turn it on once for all your children, and you see each question and their answer on your dashboard.\n\nPRIVACY\n\nNo accounts. No advertising. No tracking. StudyStep sends anonymous usage counts (never names, answers or device IDs), which can be switched off in Settings. Snap & Test photos are cleaned on the device, sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to write the questions, and never kept. A student's work stays on their device unless they choose to pair with a parent, and then it travels through their own iCloud account, where we cannot read it.
