Take Your Time puts a short pause right there, so the mind can catch up with the finger.\n\nHow it works: when you open an app you chose, iOS shows a shield first. Tap \"Breathe before entering\" and the app invites you to breathe through a notification. Then you choose: go in for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, or not now.\n\n• Nudge mode: Gentle is breathe, then choose. Strong is give a short reason before opening. All day, or only at the times you set.\n• Take a little break: pause the nudge for 1 hour, 3 hours, or until tomorrow morning. It comes back on its own.\n• 7-day intention: look back at what you found when it's done. A missed day doesn't start you over.\n• Today: a painted scene that follows the real time of day, showing how many times you were aware before opening, and the stretches you didn't open these apps at all.\n• Weekly Reflection: when you open them, why, and when you barely did. Compared only with yourself.\n• A line to yourself: write one line today and read it again on day 14, 30 and 90.\n• Picked up, put down: see how often you pick up the phone and put it down without opening anything.\n• Let go of an app: if you haven't opened one for two weeks, we'll gently ask whether to stop nudging it.\n• A minute to rest the mind, and an evening wind-down.\n• Thai and English. Choose on the first screen, change any time in Settings.\n\nNo scores. No competition. No streaks.\nThis app isn't a business: completely free, no ads, no accounts, and we don't collect or sell data.\nYour usage stays on your phone only.\nWe simply hope people can be aware, and be happy without being pulled around by things outside.",
