Consistency shows every session against the plan, and how consistently each athlete takes their supplements, week by week; Strength shows how each lift has moved and what is improving.\n\nCoach from anywhere\nAnswer form checks and messages, hand out workouts, meal plans and supplement protocols from your library, invite new athletes and adjust a plan between sessions.\n\nIN SIX LANGUAGES\nEnglish, Polski, Español, Deutsch, Français and Italiano — kilograms or pounds.\n\nAthletes join through their coach's invite. Coaches can create an account in the app.\n\nSUBSCRIPTIONS\nSolo and Pro are optional auto-renewable subscriptions that give a coach room for more athletes.
