When something could mean two things, VoiceSpotter asks a quick question instead of guessing. Per dumbbell or both together? Left or right? Did you mean 18 or 80? Is \"preacher curls\" a new exercise? Answer by voice or with a tap. Fix anything later with \"make that 8 at 80\" or a tap.\n\nHANDS-FREE\nLeave the mic on and just talk between sets. VoiceSpotter acts on sets and commands and ignores gym chatter. For busy gyms, turn on the \"Spotter\" wake word. Start it from the Action Button or with Siri.\n\nPLANS THAT FOLLOW YOUR SHIFTS\nBuilt for shift workers: police, NHS, fire, rail, factory and anyone whose week isn't Monday to Friday. Choose your rota (6 on 4 off, earlies, lates and nights, or your own pattern) and how many push, pull, legs or mixed sessions you want per cycle.\n• Sessions go on the days you can actually train\n• Each one is sized to the time you've got that day\n• Miss one and it moves to your next training day instead of being dropped\n• Same exercises every time, or \"Mix it up\" for rotating key lifts and fresh accessories\n• Targets go up automatically as you get stronger\n\nDuring a session it tells you what's next (\"Overhead press, set 3 of 3: 7 at 40\"). Say \"done\", or what you actually lifted.\n\nREST TIMER ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN\nA rest countdown starts after every set, longer for heavy lifts and shorter for accessories. Add or take off 15 seconds from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. When time's up, it tells you what's next.\n\nSEE YOUR PROGRESS\nTotal weight lifted each week, plus estimated one-rep max, top weight and volume for every exercise. New personal bests are called out as they happen.\n\nTHE DETAILS THAT MATTER\n• Plate planner using the plates you own, with any bar weight (even 18.7 kg)\n• Dumbbell weights per hand, with totals that count both\n• Single-arm and single-leg sets\n• 65+ exercises built in, and add your own by just saying them\n• Kilos or pounds\n\nPRIVATE BY DESIGN\nNo account.
