About
A deep space science station has gone dark. The crew is locked in the sealed sections, the decks are crawling with aliens and war robots, and a warship is parked outside. You're the one soldier they sent. Get in there.
ACK ACK ATTACK is a twin-stick arcade shooter with a hundred decks to fight through, every one of them built fresh by the game and never the same twice. Move with one stick, aim and fire with the other, and keep moving.
PLAY IT YOUR WAY • Top-down, the classic arcade view, or first person, right down in the corridors. Pick at the start of every run and switch any time. • Touch controls tuned for phone and iPad, or plug in a controller with fully remappable buttons.
A HUNDRED DECKS • Every deck is generated: rooms, corridors, locked sections, hangars. Learn the rules, not the map. • Find the keycards, open the sealed sections and walk the captive scientists out. Every rescue unlocks stronger upgrades. • Every fifth deck sends a pair of Hunters after you. Every tenth deck a mech seals the exit. Shoot off its weapon pods, then hit the core. • Reach deck 100 and finish the campaign.
BUILD A KIT, THEN EARN IT • Draft permanent upgrades between decks: faster fire, triple shot, piercing bolts, heavier plating and more. • The tougher your kit, the harder the station fights back. Lose your kit when you die, and the pressure drops with it. • One item slot: mines, a particle bomb, a shrapnel bomb, a stun tank, or a warp gate you place at both ends.
SEVEN WAYS TO PLAY • CAMPAIGN: the hundred-deck climb. • BLACKOUT: the lights are out, and so is most of your flashlight. • FOG RUN: the map only shows where you've been. • DAILY: one deck, the same for everyone, once a day. Chase the table. • SURVIVAL: waves until you drop. • ESCORT: walk one crew member to the exit alive. • BEAT THE BUG: race Karl, the lab's escaped specimen, to the portal. He can't be hurt. He stops to eat.
ALSO • Five difficulty settings, arcade lives, high-score tables and a run-by-run comms log. • Battery modes for long sessions on the phone. • Plays offline. No account needed.
