In short

Agent Task Lock is a productivity app for iPhone that keeps a record of how a firm uses AI on client work. It can run alone without a Mac, where it stores client consent, firm rules and planned agents, or it can pair with the Mac version to answer AI job requests from the phone. Its records stay on the phone and in the user's own iCloud.

About

Agent Task Lock for iPhone keeps a record of how your firm uses AI on client work. Use it on its own, with no Mac. Or pair it with Agent Task Lock on your Mac and answer AI jobs from your phone.

USE IT WITHOUT A MAC Tap Use without a Mac on the first screen. No account. No sign-in. Nothing is sent to us. - Add your clients. Give each one a level: Watch only, Ask me, or Strict. - Have a client sign consent on the phone with a finger. The phone makes a signed, dated PDF and keeps it with the client. - Write your firm's rules. Start from the general starter rules, change them, and sign them. Each version is kept as a PDF. - Plan an agent. Write down its one job, what it may read, which steps need a yes, and when it must stop and ask. Add three tests. - See every step in Activity, and export it as a PDF. This iPhone keeps a record. It doesn't control AI tools. Agent Task Lock on a Mac applies levels and rules. Your records stay on the phone. If iCloud is on, a copy is kept in your own iCloud, so a new phone gets them back.

WITH YOUR MAC Agent Task Lock on your Mac works with Claude Code and Codex CLI. When a job on your Mac needs your answer, the phone shows it. - See every job that needs you. - Allow it, say no, or stop it. - Use Face ID before you allow deleting files or sending files out. - Stop all jobs from the app, the lock screen, Control Center or Siri. - Answer from a notification, or from your Apple Watch. - See running jobs in the Dynamic Island and in widgets. - Scan client papers and send them to the client's folder on your Mac. - Check that your phone and your Mac show the same record. Agent Task Lock is not made by, or linked with, the makers of these tools.

NO ANSWER MEANS NO Each question closes on its own when its time runs out. If you don't answer, nothing is allowed.

HOW IT CONNECTS Your phone talks to your Mac on the same Wi-Fi. When you are away, it syncs through your own iCloud Drive. Nothing goes through us.
