Aquamo: Water Service Log

The service log for water treatment on iPhone. Customer, system, visit: you enter readings, work done, parts and photos, get a signature and share the PDF report right on site. Aquamo suggests the next service date as well.

START, FILL IN, DONE • Find a system by search or QR code and tap “Start visit” • A template per system type, e.g. raw water hardness, softened water hardness, blend hardness, mains pressure, water meter, salt added • The last value of the same system is shown in grey next to the field • Tick off check items: done, not done, not applicable • Work done from quick texts, parts and consumables, before and after photos • Customer signature with a finger • Everything is saved instantly. An interrupted visit waits under “Open visits”.

PDF REPORT • Maintenance report, inspection report, service report or commissioning report in A4 • With your company header, readings table, check items, parts, photos, next service and signature • Share by email, Messages or AirDrop, or print

NOTHING DUE SLIPS THROUGH • The next service follows from the visit date and the interval, and you can change it • “Due” shows open visits, overdue systems, this week and the next 30 days • One bundled reminder per day, with lead time and time of day of your choice

ADD SYSTEMS QUICKLY • Photograph the nameplate: text recognition suggests lines, and you assign manufacturer, model and serial number yourself • Scan the barcode or QR code on the nameplate • Show water hardness in gpg, ppm CaCO₃, °dH, °fH or mmol/l

Aquamo Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan starts with a 14-day free trial if you have not used this offer before. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. If Pro ends, everything stays: systems, visits and reports remain readable and shareable as PDF.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU We collect no data. No account, no ads, no tracking. Customer data, photos and signatures stay on your iPhone and in your private iCloud. Weblaunch has no access to them. Everything except purchases and iCloud sync also works offline.

WHAT AQUAMO DOES NOT DO Aquamo documents the readings and work you record. It does not assess readings, gives no limit values or dosing amounts and does not confirm conformity with any standard.
