AssetPro Tagging

AssetPro Tagging is the field companion for teams that manage physical assets on the AssetPro platform. Walk the site, scan an asset tag, capture proof, and sync — every record is tied to a real asset ID and stamped with the time and GPS location it was captured.

A valid AssetPro account, provided by your organization, is required to use this app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Run area audits — Start an audit for a site or area, see what has already been captured there, and add what is new.

• Scan asset tags — Read QR codes and barcodes to pull up the exact asset instantly. No manual lookup, no guessing.

• Geo-stamped condition photos — Capture photos with the date, time and GPS coordinates printed onto the image, so every record carries its own proof of place. Location is optional: without it the photo is marked "Location unavailable" and the record still saves.

• Tag and classify assets — Record the details that matter for each asset and keep your register accurate and up to date.

• Verify existing sensors — For assets that already have GPS, fuel or Bluetooth (BLE) sensors linked in AssetPro, verify each one by scanning it. The scanned ID must match the expected serial exactly, so verification is real. Missing or damaged sensors can be marked "not found" with a reason and a site photo.

• Browse your assets — Search the asset register and open an asset's details and documents.

• Alerts — See the alerts raised for you or assigned to you, update their status, add comments and attach photos. Optional push notifications tell you when a new alert needs you.

• Works offline — Capture in the field with no signal. Records are saved on the device and sync to AssetPro automatically when you are back online.
