Barley helps you plan your day and get through it, one task at a time.

Add a task, give it a time, and get on with your day. Barley keeps what's next in front of you and moves finished tasks out of the way, so you only see what's left. Switch to Focus mode when you want to see just one task, or Standard mode when you want the whole day.

Keep your day on your Home Screen with a widget and tick tasks off without opening the app. Barley can also remind you when a task is about to start, and at the time you choose each day.

Finish at least one task a day to build a streak. If you need a break, log a rest day and your streak stays safe. If you miss a day anyway, a revive brings it back. Everyone starts with three.

Unfinished tasks are never lost. They wait in your archive until you move them to another day, and everything you finished is kept there too.

Barley Premium adds a larger widget you can tick tasks off from, a Live Activity for your current task on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, three revives every month, your full history, and reminders for birthdays and special occasions.

Barley is intentionally simple and private. Your tasks stay on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. New subscribers may be eligible for an introductory offer: a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan, or a discounted first year on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the regular price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
