Bearly: Cozy Self-Care

Self-care is easier with company. Meet Bruno and Bella, two plush bears who live in a snowy little cabin and grow warmer every time you look after yourself.

TINY GOALS, BIG WARMTH Drink a glass of water. Step outside. Go to bed on time. Every small goal you finish melts a little frost around the cabin and fills the bears' adventure meter. Not today? Skip it or snooze it, no guilt.

ADVENTURES AND POSTCARDS When the meter is full, Bruno and Bella head off on their next adventure: sledding, ice fishing, building a snowman or watching the northern lights. Their first trip to each place brings a postcard, and every return trip brings a new letter that remembers your week.

COZY NIGHTS, NOT STREAK PRESSURE Any kind thing you do for yourself makes a cozy night. Miss a day and Bruno keeps the fire going: one missed day a week is forgiven. Make a pinky paw promise and see how many cozy nights you can keep.

CHECK IN WITH THE WEATHER INSIDE Stormy, rainy, cloudy, bright or sunny. The bears answer gently, remember and look in on you after a heavy day.

BREATHE, WRITE, REST Slow breathing with the bears, paw notes for the good things, and a nightly tuck-in where the sky turns dark and the northern lights come out.

A CABIN THAT GROWS WITH YOU Earn honey for caring for yourself and spend it on cocoa and honey cake for the bears, fairy lights, lanterns, floating hearts, fresh snowfall and new breathing rituals. Honey is earned in the app, never bought.

SEND A WARM PAW Know someone who could use a little warmth? Send them a note from you and the bears, through Messages or any app you already use.

GENTLE NUDGES, IF YOU WANT THEM One kind reminder a day, morning or evening, and none on days you have already done something for yourself.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your goals, moods and notes stay on your iPhone.

BEARLY PLUS, IF YOU WANT A LITTLE MORE Plus adds the pocket aurora, Bella's pep talks and every ritual (4-7-8 and box breathing plus 12 extra paw note prompts), no honey needed. Choose Yearly with a free first week for new subscribers, Monthly, or pay once and keep Plus for life. Everything else in Bearly stays free.
