About

BenchRep GymTracker replaces your training notebook. You log your sets during the workout, the app keeps the history, and next time it suggests a load based on what you did.

You pay once, when you buy the app. There's no subscription, no in-app purchase, no ads, and no account to create: install it and start training.

618 EXERCISES, 602 WITH A VIDEO The library has 467 strength exercises, 115 stretches and 36 cardio exercises. The demo videos are stored in the app, so they start straight away, even in a basement gym with no signal. Filter by body area, muscle, equipment and level, and add your own exercises.

15 PROGRAMMES READY TO FOLLOW Full Body, PPL, Upper/Lower, Bro Split and more, from beginner to advanced, for strength or fat loss. The home screen shows your next workout and which week you're on. Duplicate a programme to tweak it, or build your own day by day.

DURING YOUR WORKOUT Each set is saved as soon as you tick it off. If a call comes in or the app closes, nothing is lost. For each exercise, the coach shows what you did last time and suggests a rounded load: 62.5 kg after an easy session at 60 kg. You can add perceived effort (RPE) and a note to every set, and the rest timer sends a notification when your screen is locked. For cardio, there's a guided interval timer and an estimate of calories burned.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Pick a week, a month or a year to see your consistency, loads and body weight, compared with the previous period. Every exercise has its own chart. When you finish a workout, the app picks out the records you beat: heaviest weight, estimated 1RM, best set volume, reps.

TRAINING BALANCE Over your last four weeks, the coach compares push and pull, upper and lower body, quads and hamstrings. When the gap gets too wide, it lets you know.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE The app runs without a server and we can't see your workouts. They're part of your iPhone's iCloud backup if it's turned on, and you can export a backup file whenever you like.

You can also set workout reminders, use kilos or pounds, and switch the app to French. Updates are included in the price. Questions, or an exercise you'd like added: contact@benchrep.app
