Beum helps you review photos, videos, and files on iPhone and iPad. Choose what to keep, set aside deletion candidates, and continue your photo cleanup later.

REVIEW PHOTOS BY MONTH Browse your accessible photos by year and month, including older memories. View each photo and choose Keep, Deletion candidate, or Later. Swipe the dedicated selection area left for a candidate, right to keep, or up for later. Buttons offer the same choices. Adding a candidate does not delete the photo.

PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Your choices and position are saved on your device. Resume from the photo you stopped at, revisit unreviewed or deferred photos, or browse the whole month. Undo your last choice and find retained items again in the kept and protected list.

SEE WHAT TO DO NEXT The home screen suggests the next step based on your library, such as continuing a review, checking old screenshots, or looking at large videos. Track reviewed, unreviewed, and deferred photos, newly discovered items since your last cleanup, and completed deletion requests. Review progress is distinct from completed deletion.

COMPARE SIMILAR PHOTOS Zoom in on groups of photos that look alike. When a favorite, resolution, or measured detail provides a clear basis, Beum suggests a photo to keep and explains why. Suggestions are references: they do not change your selection. Choose the photos yourself, keep a whole group, or protect important items.

FIND ITEMS TO REVIEW Browse screen recordings and screenshots older than 90 days. Start detail analysis yourself to review possible low-detail photos using small previews already on your device. Intentional blur and smooth backgrounds may also appear; inspect photos at a larger size before deleting. Analysis does not automatically download iCloud originals.

COMPRESS VIDEOS IN SEQUENCE Create a 1080p or 720p copy, compare it with the original, and save it as a separate video. Add several videos to a queue and review them in order. You explicitly start compression, save each copy, and move to the next video. Once a saved copy is verified, you can review its original for deletion. Saving a compressed copy never automatically deletes its original. Resolution, quality, and color may change.

ORGANIZE FILES AND SCREENSHOTS Choose a folder with the system file picker and sort files by size or age. Filter PDFs, archives, and videos, preview items, and review your choices before deletion. Browse screenshots by month and play large videos before choosing candidates. The default photo-library range is full history; you can select the last 30 or 90 days.

YOU MAKE THE FINAL CHOICE Photos and videos require a final review and system confirmation before deletion. Files require explicit selection and confirmation too. Allow full or limited photo access. Storage information and folder cleanup work without photo access.

ON YOUR DEVICE Photo analysis, cleanup choices, and file processing stay on your device. Beum has no server for uploading photos or files, no ads, and no usage analytics. Opening iCloud originals or remote files yourself may need a download and internet access.

GOOD TO KNOW Beum does not clear other apps’ caches or iOS system data. File sizes can differ from space actually recovered. Keeping both a video and its compressed copy uses extra storage. Deleting iCloud items may affect connected devices. File recovery depends on the provider and may not be available.
