By Nguyen Hoang Tung · Health and fitnessIn short
Blood Tracker: BP & Sugar Log is a private, offline diary for blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen, cholesterol, lab panels and blood donations, with optional sync to Apple Health. It is aimed at people who track these readings and want charts and PDF or CSV exports to share with a doctor. Everything stays on the iPhone, with no account required.

Blood Tracker is a private diary for the numbers that are actually about your blood: blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen, cholesterol, lab panels and blood donations — one app instead of six notebooks.
It is a logging and record-keeping app. Blood Tracker never measures anything with your iPhone's sensors. You enter your readings yourself, or let them sync in from Apple Health and the home device you already use.
LOG IT IN TWO TAPS Open, tap the metric, save. Big keypads, large numbers, no hunting through menus right after a reading.
EVERYTHING BLOOD, IN ONE DIARY • Blood pressure — systolic, diastolic and pulse, with arm, position and before/after-meal context • Blood sugar — mg/dL or mmol/L, tagged fasting, pre-meal or post-meal • Blood oxygen — SpO2 percentage • Cholesterol — total, LDL, HDL and triglycerides recorded as one panel • Blood tests — any lab report, biomarker by biomarker, with your lab's own reference range • Blood donations — type, volume and place, plus your next eligible date and lifetime total
SEE THE TREND, NOT JUST TODAY Charts for 7 days, 30 days or your whole history, with averages and reference bands. Lab panels get one line per biomarker, so you can follow LDL or HbA1c across years, not just visits.
A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN READ Export a clean PDF or CSV for any date range — readings, averages and the trend chart on one sheet. Hand it over at the appointment, or send it ahead by email.
QUIET REMINDERS Schedule a nudge for your morning and evening readings, or for when you are eligible to donate again. Notifications never contain your health values.
WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Two-way sync for blood pressure and pulse. Readings from your certified cuff arrive in the diary on their own, and what you log here is available to your other health apps.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no ads, no trackers, no third parties — and your health data is never sold or shared. The app works fully offline. Export or delete all of it whenever you want.
BUILT TO BE READ Full Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support, dark mode, and an accent colour you choose. Available in English and Vietnamese.
IMPORTANT Blood Tracker is a wellness and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device. It does not measure, diagnose or treat anything, and the categories, ranges and explanations it shows are for general information only. Always speak with your doctor or another qualified health professional before making any decision about your health or treatment.
