BLUEWATER '88

About
It's July 1988. The bite is on 30 miles out, the tank is full, and the birds are working the weed line.
BLUEWATER '88 is an offshore fishing adventure built like a lost cartridge classic: crisp pixel art, square-wave chiptune, and a whole trip from the dock to the scale.
THE TRIP • Read the morning report, pick a boat, buy lures and fuel up at the marina • Chart a course to the wreck, the weed line or the temperature break • Run offshore: steer by tilting your phone, dodge logs and crab pots, watch your fuel • Scan the horizon for diving birds and bait showers • Read a live green-screen sonar and mark the big fish • Cast into the wind, work the lure, and wait for the take • WHAM! Set the hook, then fight it: tilt to lift the rod, reel, manage your drag • Sell it at the dock or tag and release it, then add it to your field guide
FEEL EVERY STRIKE Your iPhone becomes the rod. Haptics rumble as line peels off the reel, tick with every crank, and slam on the strike. Tilt to pump a fish up from the deep.
SEVEN SPECIES, SEVEN FIGHTS Mahi mahi that jump and charge. Wahoo that smoke the reel. Blackfin tuna that dive and dog it out. King mackerel with razor teeth. Amberjack that run for the wreck. Sailfish that tail-walk. And the blue marlin, the fish of a lifetime.
A REAL FISHING ECONOMY Earn your boat. Sell your catch, buy lures and gas, rent a center console or a 31' sportfisher, and hire Cap'n Ray, an old salt who'll spot the birds, read the sonar and call the hookset. Break off and you lose the lure.
ARCADE SPIRIT Enter your initials on the high-score table, climb the Game Center leaderboards for every species, and earn 14 achievements.
FREE TO FISH The Wreck is free, with six species to catch. One purchase unlocks the Weed Line and the Temp Break. No ads. No timers. No energy meters.
