Blurt Sorter
Not claimedTalk through a project
By Aaron Sullivan · ProductivityWhy we expect it: Turning spoken updates into structured project notes is a clear, useful idea, and the description explains the value well.
In short
Blurt Sorter turns spoken thoughts about a project into an organized note with a title, summary, key details, and a prioritized action list. It suits people who would rather talk through work than type it, such as those giving status updates or walking through next steps. One detail stands out: new recordings revise the existing note, replacing corrected facts and removing action items marked as done.

Talk through a project. Get back a document.
BlurtSorter turns your spoken thoughts into an organized project note — a title, a summary, key details, and a prioritized action list — without you typing a word.
HOW IT WORKS Tap Record and talk through what's on your mind: a status update, a client call, a walkthrough of what needs to happen next. BlurtSorter transcribes it entirely on your device, then uses Apple Intelligence to turn the rambling into a clear, structured document.
STAYS UP TO DATE Add another recording to an existing note, and BlurtSorter doesn't just tack it on — it revises the document. Corrected facts replace old ones, new details are added, and finished action items disappear automatically because you said they were done.
BUILT FOR SHARING Every note can be exported as PDF, Rich Text, or Markdown, or sent as a formatted email straight from the app.
HANDS-FREE FROM ANYWHERE Assign "Start Recording" to your iPhone's Action Button, or trigger it with Siri or a Shortcut, so you can capture a thought the moment you have it — no unlocking, no tapping, no losing your train of thought.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Speech transcription happens entirely on your device. Document generation runs through Apple Intelligence — using Private Cloud Compute when available for stronger reasoning, and falling back to the on-device model automatically. Your notes are never used to train anything.
