By Magari Kikaku LLC. · Music and audioWhy we expect it: A clear, focused tool for crystal bowl players, with a fair free trial that lets people test it with their own speakers.
In short
Bowl Base Drone plays sustained low tones to accompany a crystal bowl performance, with each tone matched to a chosen note and pitch. It is built for people who play crystal bowls and want a steady drone underneath, and it recommends an external speaker that reproduces low frequencies. Two channels each have their own volume slider, and an 8-minute free trial is offered before a one-time purchase.
Summary by Debuts, based on the App Store listing.About
Bowl Base Drone adds sustained low tones to your crystal bowl performance, creating a sense of stability and depth. We strongly recommend using an external speaker that reproduces low frequencies well. These tones may be difficult to hear through the iPhone’s built-in speaker.
【LOW TONES FOR YOUR PERFORMANCE】 Set the note and pitch of your crystal bowl, and the app will display a matching low tone. You can assign up to two tones, one to CHANNEL 1 and one to CHANNEL 2.
【SIMPLE CONTROLS】 Tap a square playback button to start a tone, and tap it again to stop. The sound fades in and out gently. Adjust each channel’s volume with its vertical slider, and use MASTER LEVEL to adjust the overall volume.
【8-MINUTE FREE TRIAL】 Try all features for free for a total of 8 minutes while either playback button is ON. The timer pauses when both buttons are OFF and continues while a button is ON, including in the background or when the screen is locked. Fully close and relaunch the app to start another 8-minute trial. Check how it works with your external speaker and crystal bowls.
【USE WITHOUT A TIME LIMIT】 A one-time purchase of the full version lets you use the app without a time limit.
