In short

BrainSquat: Daily Brain Games is an education app with a daily workout of three one-minute brain games, picked each day by a hamster coach named Mochi. It covers five areas across eleven games, from reaction time and memory to focus and coordination, and offers a test mode with fixed rules and a training mode that adjusts difficulty. One detail that stands out is that each game's start screen links to its scientific sources, and records stay on the iPhone with no account needed.

About

BrainSquat is a daily brain workout made of three short games.

We hand more and more of our thinking to AI, so BrainSquat treats using your own head like a trip to the gym: short sets, reps you can count and a streak worth keeping. Coach Mochi, a hamster who loves lifting, picks three games every day. Each takes about a minute, so the whole workout fits into a commute or the minutes before bed. Everyone gets the same three games on the same day, which makes comparing scores with a friend easy.

Every game keeps your score. You see your personal best and whether today beat yesterday, and finishing today's workout adds a day to your streak.

Five areas, eleven games · Speed: Reaction Time, Schulte Table · Memory: Number Memory, Sequence Memory, Memory Match, Word Memory · Focus: Stroop Test, Go / No-Go, N-Back · Math: Mental Math · Coordination: Left≠Right. Turn your phone sideways and play rock-paper-scissors with a different rule for each thumb In Korean, Japanese and Chinese, a sixth area adds an English vocabulary game.

Test mode and training mode · Test mode keeps the rules and difficulty fixed, so your results compare like for like. Where public reference data exists, the result shows roughly where you'd land and names the source. · Training mode adapts: the level moves up or down with you.

The why behind every game Tap the i on a game's start screen to read how it works, what it measures, typical scores and the papers and data behind it. Source links open in a Safari view inside the app. The same page is a tap away on the result screen, under "Evidence and sources".

Brain Check Five short tests, one per area, about five minutes. Take it once, come back in a month and compare with your own results.

Records · Personal bests, recent runs and a history chart for every game · Test and training runs shown separately · Your streak and a week of stamps · Result and workout cards to save as images or share

Made to come back to · Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with your streak and today's progress · One reminder a day at most, at the time you pick, and none once today's workout is done · Light haptics and sounds for right and wrong answers, silent when your iPhone is

Comfortable for everyone · Large text & slower pace: bigger buttons and more time. Good for parents, too · Color-blind friendly colors and reduced motion · Light and dark appearance

Your records stay on your iPhone No sign-up, no account. Your game records are saved on this iPhone, not on a server. Moving to a new iPhone? Make a backup code in Settings and paste it on the new one. Photos access is add-only and asked for only when you save a result image.

Good to know BrainSquat is a game. Scores show how you did at these games on this device; they are not a medical, diagnostic or IQ test. Phones differ in touch delay, so your own past scores are the fairest comparison.
