In short

Breach: Falling Blocks is a falling-block puzzle game where the field widens when rows are cleared and narrows when the clock runs out, and the floor and ceiling shift as play goes on. It has 10 worlds, each adding a new mechanic, plus special blocks such as bombs, drills, and freeze pieces. Its standout feature is the changing board, which pushes back against the player.

About

Breach is a falling-block puzzle where the board fights back. Clear a row and the field grows a column wider. Stall, and it starts to close in.

• The walls breathe. Clearing a row widens the field, but letting the clock run out narrows it. • The floor rises as new rows push up from below. • The ceiling moves. On wider fields there's more room overhead, and it comes back down when the field narrows.

Play through 10 worlds, each focusing on a new mechanic in a new environment. Unlock different game modes and load-outs through the level progression, and make those combinations stronger by playing again for more stars.

Special blocks include: • Bomb: blasts the blocks around where it lands • Line charge: clears blocks out to each side • Drill: bores straight down • Colour bomb: clears the highest blocks of its colour • Freeze: keeps the next few pieces off the clock • Anchor: holds the floor in place

Make room. Break through.

When the field narrows while blocks are already stacked against the wall, does the wall push those pieces inward, or does it just swallow the outer column?
