Every app blocker on your phone can be switched off from the same phone. Bump moves the off switch somewhere else. Tap your iPhone on the Bump Lock and your distracting apps are blocked straight away. The only way to end the session early is to tap the Key, so keep it somewhere a little out of reach. Starting takes a second. Stopping takes a moment's thought, and often that's enough to change your mind.
HOW IT WORKS • Choose your apps. Pick the apps, categories and websites that pull you in. Bump blocks the same list every time. • Tap the Lock. Hold your iPhone to the Bump Lock on your desk and your apps go quiet. • Only the Key unblocks. Nothing on your phone ends the session. Blocked apps show a calm screen with a single Close button.
SCHEDULES Set times when your apps block themselves, no tap needed: study hours, bedtime, deep work. The Key still ends one early, just for that day.
