Büro - Organise Beekeeping

Income and expenses belong in the cash book, not on a scrap of paper.

Büro brings the paperwork of your beekeeping onto your phone. You enter income and expenses when they arise and find them again later.

CASH BOOK

Every booking is either income or an expense, with date, amount, description, receipt number and recipient. You note whether it has been paid and, for open invoices, enter the payment deadline. The list is sorted by month, with income, expenses and balance for each month. You search by description or receipt number and filter by year and type.

DOCUMENTS

Your documents are kept in folders and categories. You capture new ones with the camera or take them from your photos and from the Files app. You give them a title and put them straight into the right folder. Anything you delete goes to the trash first and can be restored from there.

ANALYSIS

For each year you see income, expenses and balance, plus a bar chart month by month. For the current year, the harvest, treatments and feedings are shown below, along with the number of your colonies.

TOGETHER WITH IBEEKEEPER

What you book and file here also appears in the web app at webapp.iBeekeeper.de, and vice versa. The harvest, treatments and feedings in the analysis come from what you enter in the Bienenvölker app.

On the iPad, the list and the booking sit side by side.

You need an iBeekeeper account to use the app. You create it in the Bienenvölker app or at webapp.iBeekeeper.de. You can use the cash book and the analysis without a package as well. Without a package, documents are limited in number and file size. The app needs an internet connection.
