About
Calmatic reads the dates, times and places in a message or an email and turns them into calendar events.
Apple Intelligence keeps your text on your device Calmatic uses Apple Intelligence, which reads your text entirely on device. Calmatic never goes online, so nothing you paste is sent to a server. No account needed. Your history stays on the device too, and you can clear it any time.
No time zone math Calmatic spots time zones written in the text, like "10am ET", "Pacific Time" or "北京时间". A meeting in New York or a class in Beijing keeps its local time, and your calendar shows it in your own time.
From photos and screenshots Take a photo of a poster or a handout, or pick a screenshot, and Calmatic creates events from the text in it. Text recognition runs on device as well.
Write it however you like • tomorrow, next Monday, in 3 days • from 10am for an hour, about 2 hours • a business trip from Aug 20 to 22 (all day) • every Wednesday, on the 1st of each month Calmatic reads English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
Fix it before you add it If the title, time or place is off, change it right there.
Calendars you can use Apple Calendar and the Google Calendar app open with the event ready to add. Outlook opens in your browser, and any other calendar takes an .ics file.
Send text from other apps Share text or a photo from any app and choose Calmatic. Calmatic opens with that text already pasted in.
Requirements Works on iPhone and iPad. Needs a device that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later, iPad mini (A17 Pro) or an iPad with M1 or later), with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. On other devices, Calmatic can't read events from text.
