Why we expect it: Casebound solves a clear, practical problem with a focused idea, syncing chaptered audiobooks across Apple devices, though its audience is more niche.

About

Casebound turns a folder of audio files into a single chaptered audiobook — then keeps that book and your listening position in sync across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Convert Add MP3, M4A, WAV, or AAC files (or a whole folder). Reorder parts, rename chapters to match the printed book, and bind them into one M4B.

Listen Browse your library, resume from Continue, scrub through chapters, skip 30 seconds, and change playback speed. Playback continues with the screen locked on iPhone and iPad, and works from the lock screen, Mac media keys, and your headphones.

Stay in sync Finished books live in your Casebound iCloud Drive folder, so they show up on your other Apple devices. Your place in each book follows you too — leave off on one device, continue on another.

Casebound is built for people who already own the audio and want a clean, chaptered file they can actually finish.
